1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sunwing Holidays website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as agreed. We reserve the right to modify prices due to factors beyond our control, such as airline surcharges or currency fluctuations.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total package cost
- 15–30 days before departure: 40% of total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 60% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% (no refund)
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) are valid and in order. Sunwing Holidays is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions arising from inadequate documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sunwing Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any act, error, omission, injury, or loss caused by such third parties. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant package.
